Genetics & IVF Institute Donor Egg IVF Success Rates

In addition to having the largest selection of fully-screened, college-educated donors in the United States, GIVF also offers patients among the highest donor egg IVF success rates available at any clinic. In 2008, the most recent year for which delivery data is available, the live birth rate per embryo transfer was almost 60%. In 2009, success rates have remained high with a clinical pregnancy rate at just over 65% per transfer, and a frozen embryo clinical pregnancy rate of over 50%. Live birth rates are pending ongoing pregnancy outcomes and are expected to be lower than clinical pregnancy rates.

Clinical pregnancy is defined by a positive fetal heartbeat on gestational ultrasound.

A comparison of clinic success rates may not be meaningful because patient medical characteristics, treatment approaches, and entrance criteria for ART may vary from clinic to clinic.
