CYCLE IN THE SUMMER™

Based on overwhelming patient response last year, GIVF is offering its Cycle in the Summer™ program again in 2008. If a patient has her first retrieval on or before the last day of Summer, (September 22, 2008), she may purchase two IVF cycles at the highly discounted rate of just $11,200.

The program includes:

(a) Up to two IVF cycles for $11,200;

(b) First retrieval must be performed by September 22, 2008, otherwise the contract will convert to a single cycle contract for $8,900;

(c) Second cycle must be started within ninety days of a negative beta (negative pregnancy test) on the first cycle;

(d) If for medical reasons determined by a GIVF physician (and at GIVF’s sole discretion), a patient cannot have a retrieval performed by September 22, 2008, this requirement to perform a retrieval by that date may be waived and the patient will still receive two cycles at the special rate.
