Based on overwhelming popularity in the past, GIVF is pleased to offer Cycle in the Summer™ as the most affordable fertility option in the Washington, DC area. This limited time offer is available until August 15, 2010, and allows a patient to purchase up to two IVF cycles at the highly discounted rate for a base fee of just $10,900.

For a base fee of just $10,900, the Cycle in the Summer™ program includes:

(a) Up to two IVF cycles;

(b) In-house morning monitoring;

(c) Egg retrieval;

(d) Embryo transfer;

(e) Cryopreservation of embryos;

(f) Frozen cycles;

(g) In-house pregnancy test;

(h) One gestational sonogram once pregnancy determined.

Cycle in the Summer™ stipulations:

(a) Contract must be signed, approved, and paid by August 15, 2010, and a patient's first cycle must be initiated within 60 days of the signed contact.

(b) Medical criteria must be met in order to participate. Physician determines who meets medical qualifications.

(c) If a patient becomes pregnant on the first cycle, she does not get the second cycle. However, if a patient does not become pregnant on the first cycle, and a second cycle is needed, it must be completed within one year of the signed contact. Any frozen cycles must be completed within one year of the signed contract, as well.

(d) Pregnancy is not guaranteed and fee is non-refundable.

(e) If for medical reasons determined by a GIVF physician (and at GIVF’s sole discretion), a patient cannot start her first cycle within 60 days of signed contract, this requirement may be waived and the patient will still receive up to two cycles at the special base fee rate.

(f) This offer cannot be combined with any other GIVF discount program, special offer, or promotion.

(g) Contract is void of all insurance involvement; no claims will be submitted.
