Genetics Division/Prenatal Testing Patients:

If you are a current patient in our Genetics Division with services involving genetic counseling or prenatal testing at GIVF, please feel free to contact us with your questions or concerns. You may reach us at 800-552-4363 or 703-698-7355; please ask for the Genetics Division. This phone is answered Monday through Friday from 8:30AM until 5:00PM.

Infertility Division Patients:

We consider it our mission to provide our extraordinary services in a warm, supportive environment that accommodates your individual needs.  Your primary nurse or coordinator will guide you through your diagnostic testing and treatment process. You may reach us at 800-552-4363 or 703-698-7355. This phone is answered Monday through Friday from 8:30AM until 5:00PM.  Ask for your primary nurse or coordinator by name, or ask for the Infertility Division. Involved discussions with a physician may require a specific appointment, to ensure availability of both patient and physician at the same time. Physician appointments may be scheduled through the Communications staff at the numbers provided above.

Non-Business Hours, Weekends and Holidays: You will hear a recorded message that will provide the necessary prompts to reach a clinician in case of an urgent or extremely time-sensitive matter. Weekend and holiday calls and appointment are for urgent matters only. All non-urgent matters should be addressed on the next business day. If you were instructed to call at the onset of your period and your period begins on a Saturday or Sunday, a call on Monday is sufficient unless you were otherwise instructed. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, such as excessive bleeding, fever or pain, page a physician, proceed directly to the nearest emergency room or call 911.

Feedback: We are committed to providing you with superb medical care in a compassionate and patient-friendly atmosphere. Please let us know what you liked about GIVF and how you think we might improve our services. We encourage you to complete this brief online survey.
