IUI Plus Program

GIVF is offering a special Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) program, IUI Plus.

IUI Plus includes:

• Up to 3 IUIs for the price of 2*
• Dollar-for-dollar credit for IUI base fee costs paid on or after June 1, 2012 towards a future Multicycle or Delivery Promise IVF contract, if medically indicated.

Single IUI Fee* $1,540 $2,565 $765 $710 to $800

Whether all you need to become pregnant is an IUI or you ultimately need IVF, GIVF's IUI Plus program guarantees you flexible financial and treatment options.

You pay the low base fee for your first IUI and, if needed, for your second IUI. If you opt for a third IUI, the base fee for that IUI will be waived. At any time — after one, two or three IUIs — if you do not deliver a baby you can apply the base IUI fees already paid to a future Multicycle or Deliver Promise IVF agreement.

There is no additional upfront commitment — if you have an IUI at GIVF after June 1, 2012, you are automatically eligible for the benefits of the IUI Plus program.

The IUI Plus program pricing is for patients with no insurance coverage for IUI treatment. If your insurance provides coverage for IUIs, please contact a financial counselor at the number below for more information.

*Medications, anesthesia, diagnostic testing, and surgery are not included in the base fees listed above. The SALUTE Military and First Responders SALUTE discounts do not apply to IUI Plus. All prices subject to change without notice.
