Multicycle Pricing

In spite of improving success rates nationally, successful infertility treatment often requires more than once cycle. In order to address this fact a Pregnancy Guarantee™ contract was developed by GIVF. Shared requires an up front outlay in return for two benefits. First, the Pregnancy Guarantee™ contract bundles four IVF cycles at a discounted cost per cycle. Second, if the patient is not successful in becoming pregnancy and delivering a child within twenty-four months 100% of the contract cost is refundable. Despite the clear benefits of the Pregnancy Guarantee™ contract many patients have asked for a program that also provides a discounted package of multiple cycles, but in a contract that requires a lower up front payment. Since most patients who qualify for Pregnancy Guarantee™ do become pregnant by the third cycle a three cycle package is now being offered to those patients who nevertheless qualify for Pregnancy Guarantee™. This particular contract has the same qualification criteria as Pregnancy Guarantee™ and allows for the patient to up to three cycles if they do not deliver a child as result of the treatment in either the first or second cycle. As with the Pregnancy Guarantee™ contract, the patient is entitled to the use of frozen embryo transfer after each fresh transfer, should there be embryos available for that purpose and if the patient has not delivered a child in accordance with the contract terms as the result of a prior cycle. This contract has many of the same provisions and elements of the Pregnancy Guarantee™ cycle but with the patient exchanging one cycle and the refund provision for a reduced out of pocket payment.

Many women who do not qualify for Pregnancy Guarantee™ nevertheless wish to proceed with infertility treatment.  As women in this category have a lower chance of getting pregnant, the  likelihood of their proceeding with multiple cycles is correspondingly higher.  Since the cost doing multiple cycles purchased one at a time represents a significant investment towards trying to build a family, GIVF offers another Multicycle package for this group of patients.  This contract also provides for the purchase of three cycles at a somewhat discounted rate.  This contract has some marked differences with other multicycle packages to provide significant benefits in spite of the lower price discount.  First the contract allows for the unconditional use of all three cycles over a five year period.  Second, the contract provides for a conversion into GIVF's excellent donor egg IVF program after the first or second cycle with the ability to apply the unused portion of the contract towards one of the options available to do donor egg IVF.  While the decision to pursue the donor egg IVF route towards achieving pregnancy, rather than continued IVF treatment, is not for everyone, this program provides an attractive feature for those who do.  In all cases, this very important personal decision is one up to the patient to decide, although GIVF's professional staff will provide as much information, counseling and support as the patient requires.  Since the contract term lasts up to five years the patient also has time to take a break from infertility treatment should they elect to do so, while they have time to think through various options.  Although this package was designed for women who do not qualify for Pregnancy Guarantee™, women who wish to have the right to the use of all three cycles over a five year period with the idea of obtaining more than one pregnancy and deliver from a single package contract are free to elect this choice.

Multicycle Packages for PGD

Patients who qualify for one of the multicycle packages can now add PGD to that package option. The patient would select one of the multicycle packages, which provide up to three treatment cycles for one price, and at the start of each new cycle they can elect whether to do PGD as an additional treatment. This combination allows patients interested in either family balancing or genetic disease avoidance to do so at a more affordable price.
