The Delivery Promise℠ for Donor Egg IVF

The Delivery Promise℠ for Donor Egg IVF offers qualified patients up to six fresh donor cycles and a 100% refund of the base fee if you do not take home a baby 24 or more weeks after embryo transfer.  All cycles must be initiated within 36 months of signing the Program Agreement. Patients must be 47 years old or younger in order to qualify for The Delivery Promise℠ for Donor Egg IVF.

The program includes at least two and possibly three components. Fees are associated with each component.  The combined fees for the components constitute the total cost.

The first component includes the following for $23,800. This fee is fully refundable if you do not take home a baby 24 or more weeks after embryo transfer.

  • up to six fresh Donor Egg IVF cycles
  • all retrieval procedures
  • all transfers
  • all related frozen embryo cycles
  • cryopreservation
  • storage (until you give birth or the contract terminates)
  • all pregnancy tests for each fresh and frozen cycle
  • one gestational sonogram

The second component includes the screening fees, donor compensation, and administration fees for using a donor. There are two options to choose from and the fees differ, depending upon the option you choose:

  • Option A prepays all 6 donor cycle fees. The fee is $25,700. This price also includes the donor's medications, anesthesia, and ICSI.  It is fully refundable if the terms of the contract are not fulfilled.
  • Option B is a "pay as you go" option. You pay $10,250 each time you have a fresh donor cycle.  This option is not refundable and includes anesthesia. It does not include medications.

The third component is the “expanded options” section. In certain situations where other procedures are desired or required, a premium will be assessed. Your physician will determine whether you have any of the conditions that may require added fees.  Although premiums will increase your cost, they are refundable if you do not take home a baby 24 or more weeks after embryo transfer.

Some of the conditions or situations that may require using the special pricing option include, but are not limited to:

Male factors:
    • ICSI required
    • Severely abnormal sperm (specific parameters apply)
Female factors:
    • Uterine fibroid (depending upon size and location)
    • Prior unsuccessful Donor Egg IVF treatment
    • History of miscarriage

Your total cost will be determined by adding the fees for each component. For a more information about our Donor Egg IVF program, contact one of our financial counselors at 800.552.4363 or 703.698.7355, or click here

Frozen Embyros

Having a high quality frozen embryo program is critical to offering higher cumulative probabilities of success. Our data on fresh and frozen embryo cycles in Donor Egg IVF is very encouraging for couples seeking Donor Egg IVF. For success rates, click here.

The ability to offer a quality frozen embryo program distinguishes a program's success rate overall. GIVF has one of the most comprehensive and successful storage programs available. It is important to note that at GIVF we freeze every embryo in an individual container rather than combining multiple embryos. This allows each couple the ability to decide exactly how many embryo(s) they want to thaw and transfer.
