The Delivery Promise℠
The Delivery Promise℠ is available for IVF and Donor Egg IVF treatment (including frozen donor eggs from Fairfax Egg Bank). It protects your investment by guaranteeing a 100% refund of the treatment costs if you do not take home a baby 24 or more weeks after embryo transfer. The Delivery Promise℠ provides patients up to six IVF or Donor Egg IVF cycles.
Multicycle Packages
Multicycle packages are available for both IVF and Donor Egg IVF treatment. These packages can be an attractive alternative to The Delivery Promise℠ because they provide patients with multiple cycles if they are required, with a smaller investment upfront.
Split Cycle Treatment Options
Split Cycle Donor Egg IVF is a highly affordable form of donor egg IVF. As a way of making this very popular treatment accessible to more patients, GIVF has created three Split Cycle Donor Egg IVF programs. All three programs split the eggs from one donor cycle between two recipients. Although each recipient receives only half the donor eggs produced by the cycle, the pregnancy success rates are still excellent, comparable to those when the eggs are not shared.
Fairfax Egg Bank
Affording fertility treatment is a frequent concern of patients seeking to use Donor Egg IVF to become pregnant and have a baby. At Fairfax Egg Bank, years of experience in cryopreservation and state-of-the-art techniques make frozen donor eggs an excellent option for recipients. Here, success rates are equivalent to those of traditional Donor Egg IVF and cycle fees are less than half the cost. The Delivery Promise option is also available for use with frozen donor eggs from Fairfax Egg Bank.
SALUTE™ Military Discount
GIVF recognizes the significant commitment and sacrifice exemplified by its men and women in military service. GIVF also recognizes that due to that sacrifice and commitment, some may delay the start of a family to a time in their lives when the chances of achieving pregnancy are lower. In addition, approximately 10% of the general population will face fertility challenges and choose to pursue fertility treatment.
In thanks and appreciation to the women and men in the armed services who have sacrificed so much in the service of America, GIVF is pleased to offer the SALUTE™ military discount on infertility treatment. All active military personnel and their spouses, and all twenty-year retired military and their spouses are eligible to receive a 25% discount on the base fee for any single cycle IVF self pay and a 5% discount on the base fee for any Multicycle package or The Delivery Promise℠. This discount does not apply to the Single IVF / PGD 24 Array agreement, frozen donor eggs, frozen embryo transfer cycles, Personal Egg Banking, or Fertility Preservation cycles.
