Donor Egg Coordinator (Fairfax, VA)

The Genetics & IVF Institute is seeking a full-time Donor Egg Coordinator at our Fairfax, VA location. Responsibilities include: coordinating & managing treatment cycles of egg donors and recipients; providing patient education and assisting in developing donor program; establishing a compassionate environment by providing emotional support to donors and recipients and other duties as needed.

Bachelor's in Science or related degree is preferred. Prior experience with women's health and/or infertility treatment is required. The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, good customer service skills, phone etiquette and the ability to multi-task. Experience as a donor egg coordinator is strongly preferred. Relocation assistance will be provided.

Physician Practice Liaison Marketing Director (Fairfax, VA)

The Genetics & IVF Institute (GIVF) was the first outpatient infertility clinic in the US. Today, the Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) division operates one of the leading donor egg programs in the country. The ART division was also the first clinic in the Washington DC area to offer elective oocyte freezing and an egg bank. GIVF provides a full range of reproductive treatment options including one of the largest sperm banks in the US to a reproductive genetics division to its own internal genetics labs. GIVF also has operations in several international locations. GIVF's ART division is seeking a full-time Physician Practice Liaison Marketing Director at our Fairfax, VA location.

The Physician Practice Liaison Marketing Director will be responsible for leading the overall marketing campaign for the ART division, managing and actively maintaining the ART calling program for physician practices, updating and promoting the ART website, developing and implementing online marketing projects, monitoring and analyzing GIVF's presence in various social media platforms and handling other various marketing duties as needed.

The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, tech savvy, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated record of generating revenue. Experience working in Infertility or women's health is highly preferred but not required. Successful experience as a pharmaceutical representative or physician practice liaison is highly desired. Prior medical marketing experience is required. Experience in implementing social media platforms including: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, and other online communities are required. Relocation assistance will be provided.
