Administrative Assistant- Fairfax Eggbank (Fairfax, VA)
The Genetics & IVF Institute (GIVF) was the first outpatient infertility clinic in the US. Today, GIVF provides a full range of reproductive treatment options with multiple locations across the US and substantial international operations The Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) division runs one of the leading donor egg programs in the country and was one of the first clinics in the US to offer elective oocyte freezing and an egg bank (Fairfax Egg Bank). GIVF also owns one of the largest sperm banks in the US (Fairfax Cryobank) and operates a reproductive genetics division as well as its own internal genetics labs.
GIVF is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant for our Fairfax EggBank division at our headquarters in Fairfax, VA.
- Preparing paperwork for shipping of Frozen Eggs
- Preparing records and checking them for accuracy
- Contacting affiliated laboratories in advance of shipments
- Managing the logistics of shipments both outgoing and incoming
- Answering phone calls/taking messages when needed
- Maintaining record keeping and/or filing
- Other administrative duties
Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Some prior administrative experience are required. Experience working in infertility or women's health is highly preferred. The candidate must be detail-oriented, tech savvy, have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task. General computer skills, working with Word and Excel or equivalents is critical.

Client Services Specialist (Fairfax, VA)
The Genetics & IVF Institute is seeking a full-time Client Services Specialist to work in the call center for the Cryobank division, working with clients to help their dreams of becoming a parent a reality. Applicants should have patience and compassion for clients trying to conceive. The candidate must be self-motivated, dependable, detail oriented and able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including processing orders, responding to patient inquiries, scheduling appointments and multiple daily office duties.
Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years call center experience is required. Fluent in Spanish, French or Portuguese is a plus! GIVF offers excellent compensation, a bonus program, benefits and a positive work environment. Hours are Monday-Friday 11:30AM-8PM.
