My husband and I have been married 10 years and experienced 2 years of infertility before we had our first child. Our 4th IVF cycle with PGD was successful. This was a transforming ordeal for me. Like many couples who struggle with infertility, I began to lose hope after several failed IVF cycles. I tried many different complementary therapies; including a mind/body group, accupunture and various diets. Nothing seemed to work. On our 4th (and final, we had decided) cycle, the stars aligned and it worked! We were extremely happy that our ordeal was over and we could then focus on our new little boy.
